General Information
Method: All Grain

This is the wort that I received from the 2010 AHA Membership Rally hosted by Northern Brewer and Lakefront Brewery.  I brought the wort home, pumped in some oxygen, and pitched a second generation slurry of White Labs California Ale yeast.

Comments

Fermentation took off within an hour of pitching the yeast!  Love those slurries.

Blick!  Went lactic in the fermenter.  After a day I noticed that the trub was coming out of the sides of the blow off tube where it connected to the carboy.  I tried to adjust by wrapping some cling wrap around the area but something must have still crawled in there.  What a bummer!
